I don't get it... What do you mean send sms through email? Wouldn't that just be sending an email?

can you use BiteSMS or any of the others with ATT or do you have to subscribe to something for them? All i want is to be able to send SMS via ATT without signing up for anything.

you can use BITESMS as well as mysms and irealsms with ATT at no additional charge (except for the price of the application where necessary)

I prefer iRealSMS but BiteSMS is free which is awesome and its a great app. MySMS sucks imo

I think the difference between sms touch and the ones you mentioned is sms touch sends the sms through the email while the other ones send the messages through sms normally. I for one love sms touch helps me save texts messages and not go over from texting too much.
