They just asked why I was doing this, and I said I was troubleshooting an exchange push issue. They didn't ask any further questions.
HOWEVER, I tried to send an MMS today and got the usual 403 Forbidden Error. I thought this might be because I recently changed to a FAN account. So I called back, went through the process and the tech rep was very accomodating. She didnt ask any questions and made all the changes for me. But, when trying to send another MMS I got a brand new error
"Failed to send MMS
The network reported: service denied (pe) User barred"
So I think ATT has caught on to this workaround and has now barred(blocked) me. =( looks like I have to figure out another solution.
Swirly had a series of updates that I applied, I am not sure if it could be because of that...
sorry guys, this was working since the end of December and now its not.
Watch this space just in case I find any new info regarding this "user barred" message. By the way, I did this with the tech on the phone and asked if she saw anything wrong with my account (wondering if it placed a notification on my account), and she didn't.
