Anyone know why with SBSettings; SSH always turns back on when the iPhone reboots? There was an option to leave it off after reboot, but that seems to have disappeared.

You still have that option in BossPrefs. That's one of the few reason I still got it

SBSettings is suppose to be a replacement for BossPrefs, so if you're still required to have both, that sort of defeats the purpose.

It kinda does, for now, but only until BigBoss or someone else manages to add those crucial missing switches (SSH on Reboot, Safari DL Plugin, autocorrect & autolock). So let's be patinet for a while.

In the meantime I keep BossPrefs in SBS' Dock

And to put this in perspective: SBSettings is much more than a BossPrefs replacement!

Without crucial settings like SSH on reboot, Safari DL Plugin, autocorrect & autolock, it isnt just yet

I also noticed EDGE (T-Mobile) does not really turn it off (like BossPrefs)after a respring/reboot. Glad somebody has tried both!! Love SBsettings but need more. Besides I miss my custom BP toggles

Update: 2G + 2.2 and BossPrefs and SbSetting don't play well together on my phone. (could be a known problem in the 1,000 pages in another thread haha). When I installed BP, both BP and SBs showed a WiFi IP when Settings showed not connected. Guess a lot more reading is in order.

SBSettings - Locaiton Services

is anyone else having problems with this toggle?

I have installed it and uninstalled it a number of times.

My problem/issue is that when installed, it slows 3G/Edge and safari doesn't work, weatherbug doesn't update and the stock app doesn't do anything.

any insight would be helpful. thanks.

I know it has been requested in the 3rd party app requests forums but who knows if someone is working on it or not. I hope so.

EDIT: Also, has anyone noticed that sometimes if you are using the numeric battery option in sbsettings that at random times when you unlock your iPhone it has switched back to the standard battery image. Usually a respring will bring it back but sometimes it can happen 3 times a day and i have no idea what causes it.

Touch the battery icon and it will switch back to the numeric one. Touch it again and it will switch back to the battery image

I think mine does it sometimes when I press my face on it during a call. Sometimes the whole SBsettings slides down while in call.
