Good luck with your app. I just lost my father to lung cancer, who smoked all of his life.

Sorry to hear that I also lost both my parents and grandmother to cancer.

Cancer is genetic. Smoking just aggravates it in people with the cancer gene.

Once a family is established to have the cancer gene like bklynjava and Napolean who have cancer on BOTH sides of the immediate family back both generations (running rampant), All you have to do is pick your poison.

Stay in the sun a lot, skin cancer will be 100% guaranteed.

    Smoke, Lung cancer 100% guaranteed.

Drink like a fish, Liver cancer is your fate.

As long as you have the cancer gene, it just depends on how you live your life to pick your destiny. If you don't smoke, drink, or live in the sun with a tan 6 months of the year....... your body will pick it for you. There's hundreds of cancers that can mature from your cancer gene with no influence from you. Unfortunately these are the kinds that develop inside with no immediate influence so you usually find them too late to get that Chemo delay to give you time to get yourself settled.

My grandfather had a small cancer incident in his internals which was solved with surgery, but no one else in my family has it. I thought I was going to skirt by, but 3 years ago I developed Nasal Polyps aggravated by smoking, so my body has already proven it has the ability to mutate soft tissue and since some issues can skip a generation, it's likely from my grandfather.

Bottom line, you're not going to skip cancer by not smoking, you're just going to make your body pick for you instead.

Lung cancer is one of the more miserable one's, but once detected you usually only get 3 to 5 months tops so at least it's fast. If you want to try and beat fate though, apps like this should help weak people without the will power to do it without an inspirational scare tactic.

Good luck on the app, you might make a difference for someone with this one

I'm not sure where you got all your data and I do agree with some things but not everything here.

Thanks for sharing though and hopefully the app will help others.
