Upgrading Categories ?

I installed Categories and noticed today that there's an update for it in Cydia. Can I just go ahead to install the updated version or do I have to do something before I do it?... ie... remove all of my apps from their folders.

you can just do a straight update.

When you update, you will not lose the folders you have created. All the folders already created on your phone will update just fine.
