    Default MCleaner - sms pop up blocking question

    Is there a way to get this to stop the popup on the home screen also? Currently its only blocking the popup on my springboard...

    do you install some other apps that can change the theme of the iphone,or something like that?
    does this problem always exist in your iphone?
