Is there a way to integrate this into the settings menu instead of having it as separate app?

i was having the same issue, not being able to see the settings. using bosspref, i hid the icon for status notifier settings, restarted, unhid the icon, restarted, and then it showed up. hope that helps.

Same thing here, Categories can see it and I can put it in a folder but it does not show up anywhere.
Well now that I have the settings app I do not get any reminders. I get the icons in the task bar but no sounds or vib every minute for 5x like I have set, nothing.Last edited by Anijake; 10-10-2008 at 10:26 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Are you in silent mode when there is no reminder?
If yes check your iPhone Settings/Sound/Silent mode
If not, try to delete the old config file.
rm /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.otyo.StatusNotifier.plist

zolee, I also urgently suggest implimenting the UI for StatusNotifier into the settings app. I feel it would a very professional, and much cleaner conclusion. Please at least consider it.

That's what I was planning to do. But iwasn't that simple

Maybe in a future release.
BTW,
I can reproduce the problem if the counter is set. I will post 0.2.10 shortly

0.2.10 is up. Reminder count should work.
Please remember that the reminder doesn't start exactly when the trigger event occurs.
So when you have a long delay maybe you have to wait a long tim to hear the first reminder.
BTW,
What's happened with the application icon?
Does the "launchctl stop ..." helps?
If you install it from Cydia Cydia does this automatically. But now you just install manually.

Lets see if this version plays my reminders when my phone has been locked
