I think I will wait until it is loaded on Installer since to manually install it seems extremely complicated or I'm not reading something correct but either way I will be on the look out.

Thanks.

If you have a terminal on your iPhone, you have two users by default. Mobile and root.
You must be root to install a deb file.
The default password for these accounts is "alpine" without quotes.

You better change those password or someone will connect to your iPhone and hack it when you are on a wifi network!

Or disable SSH.

After that time it will stop. It will start reminding only in case e new event (missing call or sms) will occur.
Keep up the great job!
Check the Preferences Wiki page on the project site for more information about the pref file!

"numberOfReminders" is the option you are looking for.

If you don't see it upgrade to 0.2.7 from project site. Or wait when it will be on Cydia later this week.

If numberOfReminders is 0, reminder is on until icons go away. If not zero after every trigger event you will get that many reminder.

Check "reminderInterval" for time between reminders in seconds.

It vibrates for me in unlocked/locked mode as well.

Please check that in the preferences file:
reminderInterval > 0
reminderSoundID = 4095 (this means vibrate)

If you change it to -1, reminder will play SNReminder.caf, which of course won't be played in silent mode.

Is there any iPhone sound settings where you can disable the vibration when the switch is in silent mode?

There is Vibrate in Silent mode option in the iPhone Sounds settings. What happens if you change that?

Can you add a notification for when you receive BeeJive IM's? Im using it with Backgrounder so an icon in the statusbar would be very much appreciated!

Here is an alternative sound for the reminder.

Just replace /System/Library/Audio/UISounds/SNReminder.caf with the attached unzipped file.

If you don't get a reminder sound, check the plist.
/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.otyo.StatusNotifier.plist
My plist did not have the variable: reminderSoundID , so you have to add it.

This is from the wiki:

reminderSoundID

If 4095, reminder vibrates If -1, reminder plays the /System/Library/Audio/UISound/SNReminder.caf

Preferences - statusnotifier - Google Code - Customizable options
Attached Files
File Type: zip SNReminder.caf.zip (147.6 KB, 72 views)
