So, I installed StatusNotifier to give it a try again (I had installed it when it first came out and it didnt work very well (late notifiers and what not) and now it screwed up my phone.

Rather, jsut screwed up the alerts.

Once I got an SMS, it came up in the StatusBar and the SMS Notification with (1) Badge also came up. So I checked the SMS, and the Notification in the StatusBar still remained.

Now when I get an SMS, the popup of (1) Badge doesnt even come on the homescreen.

Un-Installed StatusNotifier. Didnt help. Still same bug. Only that the SMS Notification from the StatusBar Disappeared. But the Badge doesnt come up.

Has anyone else have this problem?

I should have just kept Notifier and been happy. Damn StatusNotifier screwed it all up

Ok, Update.

So, I installed StatusNotifier again, and from settings I disabled all the Notifiers and then resprung.
Got rid of the annoying SMS icon on the top.
After that I removed it again.

I still dont get the Badges on my Springboard SMS Icon.

It works perfectly as usual for the phone, still get the Badges for Missed Calls.

I personally prefer this over anything you have released. As you can see in the screenshot I will attach at the bottom, I have added a little html mod to snatch and refer a numbering system, to notify me of the amount of each notification on the lockscreen. It wouldn't be possible without your app, so thank you.

With that in mind, I have two requests. One very minor, and one rather substantial.

- Minor request - Please seperate Missed Calls and Voicemail notifications! I don't think any further explanation is needed.

- Major - Please incorporate this app to provide the amount of Calendar Events coming up within a selected time period, (we could enable that through preferences possibly). Also, maybe later you could incorporate the app actually showing what the event is in text on the Lockscreen (even the duration of the event). AND, secondly, enabling support for the ToDo apps out. I personallly use 'Things', so I would love if this could provide the amount of ToDo items I currently have (things also uses a badge like the current items supported), and maybe latter, you could provide support for the Lockscreen displaying the ToDo's in visual text.

Now I know that may be a substantial update, and as I stated I would be satisfied to get the Missed Calls, Voicemails seperated first. Thanks for all your hard work. And I know you're busy for a while, but I will be looking forward to your updates.

Zolee (or anyone other genius), could you please tell me how I can get the stuff to show up from top to bottom? Like on Reako's screenshot, but actually starting from above the unlock bar and stacking up each new sms/mail/news on top of each other...

I know that in Wallpaper.js

document.getElementById(name).style.display = 'inline';

makes the alerts show up one below the other. How can I make them show up in a bottom-to-top manner?

I don't think Apple cares where you bought your iPhone from as long as it is an Apple product. I had to do a warranty exchange on my phone because it got a rattle inside of it and they never looked at a receipt or anything. They just note your serial number. So just wait until the one in France opens up and take your phone down and see what they can do for you. Only problem that you might face is if you are using AT&T instead of a French carrier, however I don't think that will be a problem. Lets just hope they get it built for you before your warranty runs out lol. Or if you trust someone in the US that you can mail your phone to, they can probably do an exchange for you in the states and then mail you the phone back.

Reako, can you please post your Lock Status mod. I saw something like that on Cydia, but I don't think that one told you the number of the missed item.

I used this app and it was all nice and good, till one of my friends was telling me that after I got this app on his phone he can NOT put on hold a incoming call. I tried too and it was the same on my phone. I took the app off both phones and now the "on hold" thing works.

I hope this can be solved and then I'll put them back on my phone and my friends phone

I have the same issue with my 3G, not only that, if I DO try to switch to the other call, my phone will sometimes go schitzo and go black screen.
I really cant grasp the relationship between the 2 features.... weird.

Lucky for me i'm not very popular and dont get 2 people calling me at the same time very often! I need to keep this utility on my phone.
