this is for people using exchange, say for work, and they get a meeting request/planner so unless you use exchange, the calendar notification won't apply to you

looks like the calendar notification in the status bar is almost identical to the alarm clock icon. is it possible to change it?

With this update I now don't have keyboard clicks or slide to lock clicks

UPDATE. I uninstalled and reinstalled and everything is back to normal.

I don't really understand the whole reminder time interval and count. I would have thought that 20 times every 10 minutes would be twice a minute but it not, it's completly random as to when it does remind me, anyone else experiencing this or do their reminder intervals work?

how can 20 times every 10 minutes = twice a minute ? you have maths problem here dude. it jsut means that evry 10 minutes it will remind you and it will remind you 20 times.

If you want 2 times per minute just set it to 30 sec and dont touch the X time.

FINALLY someone else with my problem.

The only way I could fix it is if I set the reminder interval to 20 seconds or less. If I have it at 30 for example I only get one reminder and then they stop, as soon as I unlock they start playing again.

I have the same problem too. I didn't test the other services, but with the voicemail notification, it will not play the reminder tone when the phone is locked. Once unlocked it will play.

it's the same for both SMS and rss reminders that I have tested. Once phone is locked I get nothing.

All I want is to be reminded by one sound every 2mins that I have something unread.

Reminders

Can someone explain to me how the calender reminders work in status notifier, because I've been trying to make my calender remind me before an event and the intervals of vibrating or sound doesn't work. I'm tired of relying on the apple firmware's dee dum dee dum calender reminders that are not loud enough or repeat themselves.

Otherwise, the mail and text notifications work fine, but only when unlocked, like everyone above me has said. That's kinda useless, if its unlocked and i'm looking at it, why would i need to be reminded. Guess we gotta wait for an update.

the calendar notification/reminder is to work with calendar/even invitations through microsoft exchange account, and not for an event reminder
