My thoughts exactly. Whether a person is using large or small icons, this would be huge. As is, I have disabled the lockscreen icons as they get in the way of the time in my theme. If I could only position them.
On a different note, is there a way to control which notifiers actually show on lockscreen? I thought it might match my settings for the status bar settings, but it doesn't appear to work that way. I have emails disabled in status bar, but they still show on lockscreen.

It shows a silent icon on the taskbar when the silent switch is turned on. Just another simple and useful function that Apple decided (for us) that we dont need.
Clearly this is a 3G issue, everyone in here with problems seems to have a 3G. I have a 3GS and a 4, both are setup very very differently, the 3GS is running 4.0.1, and the 4 is running 4.1... This fantastic tweak works flawlessly on both of them.Last edited by TheOnlyest; 11-08-2010 at 05:46 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
Praise the Devs! To each and every one of you who spend your time writing code and making apps for little or no profit... Its YOU that makes the iPhone great, NOT Apple!! From me to you, a million thanks!!

Tried Notifier 4.0-2! very good job done
Just an improvement could be made to the app...
If the phone is in silent mode it should have a vibrating reminder (user selectable to have it or not)
It'll be good to have a user-customizable vibrating for each event (calls, messages etc...) like was in Intelliscreen if i well remember.

Seems to work for me now.
The problem with the repeating call reminders seems to be that the "Phone" app should ideally run in the background so itīs secured that the "Phone" app passes the missed call to Notifier.
I donīt think itīs a direct Notifier issue, itīs the refresh behaviour of the "Phone" app.
Since i keep the "Phone" app open in the background, my repeating 10min interval Missed-Call-Reminders work very well.
Spektro, do you know what i mean? Maybe itīs possible to trigger the "Phone" app refresh even with the "Phone" app closed?Last edited by a username; 11-16-2010 at 07:59 AM.

Me and my girlfriend have been having this problem as well. It isnt related to notifier.
I found that when i "quit all apps" it also quit the phone app which meant if i had a missed call, it wouldnt have a badge on the phone icon or a status bar icon until i opened the phone app....very dangerous. Since then i have adjusted multicleaner to not quit the phone app and always stay open.

I know i am patiently waiting. However, if you read the past 5 pages of this thread you will understand the importance of repeating alerts, which is almost everyone on this threads number 1 concern.
I know you have plans to do this, however, it's not a priority on your list as it is theirs.
It's good yours is free and open and it does look great (im following you) but the fact that it doesn't include repeating alerts is a buzzkill for me. Honestly i couldnt care less if i had a million icons. I prefer one notification icon for everything except phone, VM, (i use bite SMS for that icon) and email.
Sometimes less is more.
I know for a fact that people agree with me.
You work hard, get paid for it. Get those repeating alerts out ASAP and i'll pay more money for your app as well. 2 bucks is nothing, i've wasted more for less.
Sorry, spektro, to take over your thread. I use your program and it works great.

Hey all,
Maybe a small problem. I have set silent icon to "no" but when i close the app it automatically puts it back to "yes" so there is no possible way i can get it to NOT show the silent icon.
Any ideas?
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleteing the plist in the notifier+ directory.
