/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreTelephony.framework
don't forget to set the executable flag on this file,...). Never used ssh, wouldn't even know where to find this. is it a prog on the pc? on the iphone? I have a 1.1.3 iphone (was otb 1.1.3 and someone unlocked it for me with some software and a SIM addition called hypersim). Thanks.

There are quite a few ways to accomplish this. If you search this forum you can find very detailed instructions on how to do so. I don't know all the ways, but the way I do it is as follows:
First you need to have ssh installed on your iPhone. Either use Installer.app and install OpenSSH, or on a mac use iNdependence to install ssh. after that you need to be on the same WiFi network with your iPhone and know it's IP Address. Then use CyberDuck if you're on a mac, or WinSCP if you're on windows, and connect to your phone, and copy the file where it should be.
Then you should get the file's properties on iPhone using CyberDuck or WinSCP. In cyberduck, there are three checkmarks called executable, they should be checked. Don't know how it is in WinSCP.
Hope this can help you. Sorry I don't know any easier ways. That's how I do it.
