This will be great if it does indeed play nice with the other apps. The 1.x version wreaked hell an havoc with the old sunburst dock. It was disappointing because I could only choose one, and we all know the sunburst was the shiz back in 1.x

Update - prefs feature
*UPDATE*:
I just received a new build with a very nice update. The developer, Steven, has added a "Preferences" feature to the stack (see pictures below of Stack on my iPhone). Here is a link to a video of Stack in action with the newest Preferences feature:

I have to say, I am very impressed with the progress he has been making. It's going to be one hell of an app. I know he has a few more ideas up his sleeve too

Nice to see there's still a bit of interest in Stack.
Stack v2 is completely different from the original, there's no messy configuration by editing XML files - it's all drag & drop to add or remove apps directly from SpringBoard.
Hope you like the release next week, and thanks to jabbawalkee for testing.

is there any conflict with five icon docks? I notice all the screens are just 4 icons I'd still like to have the five at the bottom with stack.

As of right now, Stacks does not include configuration to fit with Five Icon Dock and I don't think it will at the first release. I'm not saying it conflicts with FID, but it doesn't look good when you have five icons in the dock because there is a bit of overlap. I'm sure this feature will be added eventually.

Sweet! I liked stacks on the old f/w, can't wait to get my hands on that!

i guess i can live without 5 icons since stacks can hold the 5th one plus more...
