i used to think kate was a great addition to my phone but back on my first gen, it killed my battery so quick i got rid of it. i might check this out to see how it goes, although i dont like that they disable saurik's apps from working with theirs =[

The only reason I would've used Kate was for the 5 icon dock, but since it's incompatible with Wiinterboard, and the ridiculous price tag, I chose to use the free 5 icon dock from Cydia.

You CAN now use Kate along side with Winterboard. So please don't flood threads with useless lies. I have both and use each for different features.

I use Kate for sms privacy functions but this latest release is a pile of poo. Im actually annoyed that i payed about $40 for an unlimited use license. It was an excellent app on the 1.1x iphones. After installing it, it screwed my phone up so i uninstalled it. After uninstalling it, all my icons we re-arranged and it hadn't totally removed itself....So now im having to restore. Crap.

Kate's reminder, privacy and dock reflection were my favourite features. I could get a license when I get a job. I hope they lower the prices...

ummmm tbh i would much rather everyone use intellie screen it has reminders, it has the privacy thing, and dock refecltion is not really work the extra 20 dollars. besides, down with kate, down with backgaumman and pool, and down with installer 4

wait your telling me intelliscreen has the ability to hide your sms pop ups and jsut give you sound notificatioins i did not know this with that and cydias 5 dock and notifications task bar soon to be ready i don't need kate at all.

Though to be honest I have no problems with kate works well for me.

Yes Intelliscreen can do that and much much more. I highly recommend it.

Kate is useless now.
