trying to change dock background, and springboard strings doesnt work for me

my problem seems to be Icon Display Order

Well i mean if your on 1.1.3 you might as well use the squiggly icon feature instead of icon display order, it makes it easier

the number of dock icons should make it more than 4 but im not sure if that works hold on...nope it doesnt work with 1.1.3 as far as i know
