New App - Xbox Live Friends List
I have been working on this little app as a personal side project for a few weeks now, and figured I might as well release it to the public.
http://code.google.com/p/npike-touch-xboxlive/
FYI - The Xbox Live Community SDK does not expose your actual buddylist, so users of this app are required to enter which friends they wish to keep track of in the app.
For example, I have 200 someodd friends on my actual xbox, but I have entered 10 of my close friends to this app.
Is there anyway to get this added to the Installer.app repo?
Thanks!

Great work, just what I was looking for!! If you're likely to continue development (please do!!) you may wanna try and figure out how to daemonize it so it could alert you when a specific friend or friends come online!! Also a more xboxy look would rock, but I am nitpickng

Keep up the good work, and feel free to look me up on Live!

Cant find it in the installer. Double checked the source, and its fine. Whats the name of the app?
Oh I see, you have to put in in there using your computer huh? That sux!
Is there an alternative to WinSCP and iPhoneExplorer? I get errors when trying to use those 2.Last edited by rkyle80; 02-06-2008 at 07:45 AM.

Slap the beast in the applications folder. Right click it after you got it on your pod and set the permissions to 0755. It's not hard once you find where it's at.

Awesome app! Since I still didn't see this on any Installer repos, I went ahead and put this on the modiphone.net repo. If you add the modiphone repo, you'll find iXboxLive under Utilities. Again, thanks a lot!
