Have you modified any of the plist files? Or any other manual methods of changing the GUI of the iPhone?
While the latest version (from the update this morning) is working for me....but, some pieces parts are not changing, and it seems to be the parts that I've manually changed (either via SSH or editing a plist file for a theme). I think WinterBoard expects a non manually modded iPhone GUI (or completely default settings) for everything to operate correctly. I think manually modded items over ride what WinterBoard does (or can do). Not verified....just what I'm noticing (I think) while I'm playing with changing things. I'm not the most advanced user of modding the iPhone interface...so I could definitely be off track.

Never would ahve guessed. Thx! I had looked at previews of a mess of htemes and never saw it. I incorrectly assumed Cocomilk would be "brown"!Its Chocomilk
Anyway to get the new update of Winterboard to work, move the info.plist file from the app folder to private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences and rename it to com.saurik.WinterBoard.plist

Hey guys..this message is for those of you with problems on fw 2.0.1 but may apply to the rest of you as well. I'm pretty sure you need to make sure that you have not used Customize or anything on your Iphone before using winterboard or it doesn't work. I was using customize and installed winterboard and couldn't get anything to work..but after a clean restore I installed winterboard and it works perfect.

Winterboard updated for me this morning and now works fine on 2.0.1.
You also don't have to restart your phone for the theme to take affect. Just the springboard!

One strange thing with appstore free app "bloomberg" it continues to show the lower part of your springboard wallpaper. Is this some bug. Any clues. this happens when you open bloomberg app and click below on "my stocks", then click on any ticker and it will show the background of your theme rather than the background of the application.

it's because the wallpaper always shows. The app doesn't have a solid bachground so u see the wallpaper. Normaly the phone would just be black so u would not see any thing
