MxTube: Now for 2.0!

Same problem here. My video files are in the right folder with the right permissions but MxTube doesn´t recognize them

I wrote the author and he says it isn't possible to import the old videos as his db uses a new format.

you can't use apple's a/v cables to watch mxtube anymore...
has anybody tried this?

this apps been fantastic but i've encountered an issue,
i have jailbroken firmware 2.1 on the phone and mxtube 1.5a
today i can no longer search for videos, anythign i search for it just sends me back to the home pages
but the night before it was working fine

any ideas?

that's strange as I'm on 2.1 and all is well, try uninstalling and re-installing

Same happening here, I cant search for anything, Ive reinstalled, uninstalled and rebooted, reinstalled again - then set FULL permissions and it still does not work.

Glad this isnt just me.

works fine here, also on 2.1. have you guys installed anything lately that might interfere with it?

I think it might have been the app in some way. I was unable to search all day, until now. Everytime the results were almost shown then it would crash. Over 3g, egde, and wifi. But it works now...

Thank god, because I almost restored my whole phone because of it,.,...

mine didn't work for the last 4 hours, and I've been restoring it for 3 times already =.='. At first I thought something is wrong with the app because I'm sure it works on 2.0.2 for sure. I almost give up trying to fix it, but somehow I just set the permission to both binary files MxTube and MxT2d to 777, and now it works !!!!! Horayyyyyyyyyyy !!!!!

oddly enough i tried it at work earlier and all of a sudden its working again, now im home its also working
odd really i did try a uninstall / reinstall but thats didnt do anything afaik
