Awesome, now only if i could make app flow open when i double tap the home button then i could poof all my 3rd party apps and launch them with appflow

You can remove demoapp and field test by going in with SSH and deleting them and as far as i know you cant organize them without changing the name of the apps

TO make the "duble tap home button" start this you hafto mod the com.apple.springboard.plist it is lokated here: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/ but i tried to change the string to doubletap://com.apple.Appflow but it dosent work

Is it possible to edit the apps that shall be in the list, i dont want the addressbook and sms ect to show up in app flow, and how do i hide the appstore apps?

Tip: On the Details page of Appflow in Cydia you can see the identifier is com.sadun.appflow. Therefore the string would be doubletap://com.sadun.appflow.

All I did was launch appflow, tap on the appflow icon, clicked on assign to double tap, and was done.

The next version needs a settings menu where you can switch on or off what apps show in it.
For example:
apps hidden by poof
original ipod/iphone apps
appstore purchased apps
3rd party apps
webapps

I'd want to have one that would only show those that were not on my springboard, and/or my webapps and links.
Speaking of which, is there any way to access website icons that have been saved, but not have them on your springboard? (NO, it's not porn. I just want to clean up my springboard)

Fire up appflow, click on appflow and the menu should pop up allowing you to set it to the home button.

Appflow is fantastic, but I do have a couple issues:

1 - many app names are not the names displayed on the springboard, I have a hard time finding them.
2 - many app icons are not the icons displayed on the springboard, or are generic icons
3 - any way to just default launch an app when tapped instead of the set to double tap, badge, and launch options that pop up

All in all it's totally great as is, and a huge improvement to having 8 pages of disorganized apps. If those 3 issues are addressed - it'll be the perfect launcher for me.

anyone having a problem with the cover flow not showing up properly. When I hold vertically, it is a list, (no prob there) when I hold horizontally it shows the same list, with the very edge of coverflow on the right. It is just enough to scan through them, but you can't see what the apps are.

I am suddenly having this problem as well. Anyone know why?

if you try to install a itunes app and the install fales it leave a part of the install files behind.. ssh into your phone delete the files from /private/var/mobile/Applications that are missing th ****.app file and app flow will work again
