Im having the same problem, previous version was more accurate than this new one.

it's great app when I connet wifi as well as cell service. But Saying "failed" when I did not connet wifi.

I am in Thailand and less 200m BTW.

All times I try it say failed!
I'm still on 1.0.2, should be this the problem?

Keeps saying "failed" for me in Singapore

Same here man in Dubai (UAE). tried a couple of times but same message. dont know the problem.

Im divided on this one... locate me only works with wifi for me (other than that it fails to locate) and for that matter its off by 10 miles. navizon works on both cel and wifi but positions me 20 miles from my location... cool apps but doesnt seem like Its very useful being that off...

Do you have your EDGE settings entered into your iPhone and EDGE enabled? It needs to connect online to a database so if you are not on EDGE or wifi, it will not work and give you that "failed" message.

I tried on for almost half of the OuterRing road
(wai huan lu) of Shanghai as well, it never worked.

Never worked in Chengdu either.

In Hangzhou, worked once only near the West Lake.
