This is great. Can't wait for a better interface, and more functionality. I'm imagining album artwork, artist website links, all kinds of stuff she could do. Well done Erica!

If your thinking about installing this app on your phone I would be careful. This app crashed my phone and I had to do a restore because of it. Some people are having problems with this app and some people are not. So I would just be careful if you want to install this app or wait till you here more about it. I remember when att was cingular and if you were listening to a song and didnt know the name you could dial a number on the phone and it would do the same thing this app does. Except, after they verified the song for you they gave you a option to download the song or save it as a ringtone on your phone. Of course it wasnt for free, but it was a pretty cool idea. That would be cool if Erica somehow incorporated that into this app. Not sure if it would be possible to do that. Just thought I would throw an idea out there.

Erica Sadun is one of the most trusted names in iPhone developing. I'm sure it wasn't anything malicious in her code.

I wasn't saying anything about malicious code in my post. All I was saying is that I had a problem with this application and to be careful if you want to install it. I know Erica is one of the most well known names in the iphone community. She has developed some very good and useful applications and I am in now way saying anything bad about her work . I just wanted to let people know that a couple of people including myself had a problem with this application.

Really cool app. Hoping for a little better interface. Seems that some text get cut of, like Album. A button to sample again without having to go back to SB would be nice too. Support for swedish characters like åäö in the info. History of recent songs saved with the sample? Dont know, but it seems a little rough now.

Look in the Recent Packages list. Its called Listen. Its there...

quick questions. But is the song library getting expanded every second or is it based off of like gracenotes server, which is also used by TrackID

Now that is weird. I never thought about it from that aspect. Because my situation is the complete opposite. Last night while attempting to get .06 to work at home, connected to Wifi, the app did not work and in fact crashed my iphone. However this morning in the car, EDGE, it worked perfectly fine. Go figure....

For some reason I cant get this app to work. It always says "connection failed" when trying to look up the music.

ok with the new version I was getting connection failed..then it started working but about 2 days ago after it connected to the server to retrieve the song name..I got something like "sorry this service is for sony ericsson phones only" then below that it said something like "We like the service too its great"....now I just get connection failed
