App that is web link?

Has anybody made a simple app that can link to a webpage? I have a web app launcher page I made that looks very similar to the regular app page, and I'd like and actual app to link to it.

jsut enter the Name you want it to be, The URL of the site you want and upload a png for the icon you want to show up. it then gives you a.rar file jsut extract then SSH or how ever you get into your phone. Put in Applications dir execute and you are good to go
