Customize 1.19 released

How do I change things like the slider button using Customize?

I have the new version installed and have installed some of the Customize graphics packages from installer (Dash, Apple) but when I go into Customize and look at the slider only the default one is there.

Why have a button to disable hide/unhide app? Wouldn't it be more intuitive to only hide/unhide when you press the eye for a app? A black eye would be visible and a greyed eye would be hidden.

Other than that it works very nice. Very good app.

In the last release users were accidentally hiding icons. This helps prevent that.

The presets are stored in /private/var/root/Library/Customize/DOPresets/

You can pick one of the default ones and put your own name.

Then pick a copy of M68AP.plist in /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/

In M68AP.plist you can see the names you need for the re-ordering to the new file you created under the /DOPresets folder.

Of course this should be built-in in the Customize application itself, like a "Save current layout to...".

By the way, 1.20 is out now (on the website).

I'm having trouble changing sounds. The program will let me change every sound except for the SMS tone. It's a little annoying because the SMS tone is the only one that I want to change.

Anyone have this problem? The sounds that I am using were just sound sets I downloaded from installer.

I just saw it also but havent installed it yet. .19 works perfect for me, no sense in updating unless its something big

From the dev site:

Version 1.20 contains some bug fixes, including the bug that would not allow you to revert to backup'ed audio files.

No reason not to update. =D

Yes i do understand that, and it is great. It was so easy to accidentally hide apps before.
But it seems more intuitive to skip that hide/unhide button and only be able to hide/unhide when tapping the eye for that app. And the rest of the row should not react to tapping, atleast not hide/unhide tapping.

edit: Apparently this is a release, not a beta. Cool. I haven't tried everything, but it seems pretty stable and all the new features work well for me. The button to toggle the ability to hide icons is great, making hiding icons on accident almost impossible.

so can I now remove 'CustomizeNM' ?

well, that's what I'm asking.
will 1.20 with it's multiple-dock icon mode allow me to remove 'CustomizeNM' for 1.1.1?

i have the customize nm 1.1.1 and i installed the 1.20 version and when i tap on it it shows the spicychicken logo and then goes back to my home screen? anyone have any thoughts on this? plz help
