no , jail breaking the 2.0 firmware will be hard because once your on it your stuck onit and cant have installer and all the apps must be re written for 2.0

We don't know how hard it will be or not,
but chances are, it will be jailbroken and work alongside the Appstore.

We won't know until it's released though, it's that simple.
