AudioAmp (Tweaks 1.1.2)
I wonder how does it work? Does it amplify the iPod audio or the general sounds. As I couldn't find a difference with the general sounds (havent tested the iPod yet)
Can anyone share their views.
EDIT: A crap creation this time by the Dev Team, never expected to publish something that actually didn't' work!
All they do is jack up this non-functional code in the wrong location /System/Library/Celestial.Framework
Code:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd"> <plist version="1.0"> <dict> <key>Default</key> <dict> <key>Default</key> <real>0.99999999999999996</real> <key>Headphone</key> <real>0.40000000000000002</real> <key>Headset</key> <real>0.40000000000000002</real> <key>LineOut</key> <real>0.050000000000000003</real> </dict> <key>TouchTone</key> <dict> <key>Default</key> <real>0.14999999999999999</real> <key>Headphone</key> <real>0.10000000000000001</real> <key>Headset</key> <real>0.10000000000000001</real> <key>Receiver</key> <real>0.69999999999999996</real> <key>Speaker</key> <real>0.123</real> </dict> </dict> </plist>

I tested it with my iPhone using iPod and could not hear any difference in the sound.

My ringer is much louder than it was before. Almost as loud as my blackberry was.

Compared my hacked iPhone to a co-worker's un-hacked iPhone, sounds are exactly the same on both iPhones.

This is a huge letdown. I really wish there was some sort of volume amplifer that worked.
I'd never go through the troubles of amplifing all 1500 songs on my phone through Wavepad just to hear it louder.
someone pity me and make one? =D

Yeah,
I REALLY wish we had louder everything on this phone. Especially the actual calls...

after using this update, anyone have the problem of their headset not working anymore? THere is no audio anymore for me when I put the phone up to my ear but when I turn on the speakerphone, i hear sound. I uninstalled this and it still doesn't work...is it possible that anyone can upload or send me original file that it this "mod" was supposed to change?

Is anyone working on a REAL version of this that we know of?
Is there a feasible way to increase the headset volume for calls? With MMS support underway and no chance of video
This would really be my only beef left. You know, the minor one where you can't hear the phone part of the ifone!

do you think it would be possible to turn the earpiece volume DOWN? i generally have it at the lowest setting and it still is too loud...yes, i have very sensitive ears.
