You need to set execute on the binary.
chmod +e /Applications/TicTacToe.app/tictactoe
Note captalization, I can't remember if the second tictactoe has capital letters, just do an ls in that directory to be sure.

I got it to work. However, I didn't do it manually, with chmod. I also gave permission to every single file in the folder. The best thing to do is just to install ssh and do it through an scp browser, like WINSCP or CyberDuck.
In WINSCP go to the files, hit F9 and then change the write permissions to 0777. After that, you should be good to go :]
To edit it the way that Kaos said: You need to open up terminal, jaibreak the phone and then run iPHUC. once you have done that type in the command chmod +e /Applications/TicTacToe.app/TicTacToeLast edited by Blueasseddwarf; 08-08-2007 at 09:21 AM.

Remember, you cant just set permissions on the TicTacToe.app folder, you need to set it on the TicTacToe file inside of the folder.
