    To delete any app you dont want, put your phone in airplane mode then connect it to iphoneinterface and browse to the folder you want to delete then right click and choose delete. Restart your phone, take it out of airplane mode

    Use iphonebrowser to delete each file in the folder (ex. Tetris.app) so it's empty

    in iphoneinterface do rmdir /Applications/Tetris.app

    Enjoy!

    Default Delete apps
    From one of the bin kits, SSH up rm into /bin and set it's mode:

    chmod 555 /bin/rm

    then you can delete the folder and files.

    rm is *inx for remove file (del). You can find it within this file.

    http://iphone.natetrue.com/iphone-binkit-0.06.tar.gz

    I would also move over mkdir and mv
    mkdir = Make Directory
    mv = Move File, used by WinSCP to rename a file.
