I'm gonna be all over this when I get off work!

I sync my iPhone (using iTunes) to my laptop for music, but my email, calendar, and contacts are on my "main" (desktop) PC. Would love a way to sync them, besides copying my (considerably large) PST file from my desktop to my laptop all the time.

I've added the installer source twice now, and nothing shows up. Verified the spelling and made sure nothing was off. What gives?
