Biankii has recently launched his adaptation of MobileStacks, entitled Multistacks. Check it out. I got it running perfectly except for a minor bug here and there:

i would like to create 3 stack(Internet-Games-Util)....already i install stack program and stack controller and i create one stack that had internet application(safari, sms, installer, appollo, weather, youtube) andi would like to create another two and i would like to rename the stack into INTERNET, GAMES....etc....

... i had this, you must first use the original stackcontroller from http://code.goog.e.com/p/mobilestack use that to install the stack, and WHILE that is installed overwrite the stackcontroller with that from the one i uploaded.

BTW, would anyone know why 1.1.2 stops a few stock apps from working, like Notes and Maps when Jailbroken?

It's running nicely for me on 1.1.2. I don't know how I got by without it.
