Very nice. This will be my most frequently played game on the iPhone. Will install as soon as i get into a zone with WiFi access. On the way home at the moment

This is why I love the iphone. The touchscreen makes stuff so much easier. On old phones you would have to press a few arrows to get to the card you want to move then press a few more arrows to place it where you wanted. With this, you just slide your finger.

I installed it via SSH. I get a black screen when I try to play it. Does it need special permissions?

Just copy the iSolitaire.app folder in /Applications
using WinSCP (Windows) then set permisions to 0755

First install OpenSSH from Installer.

Ugh, setting permissions? You cant do that in iPhoneBrowser right?

if using ssh just chmod +x * in /Applications/iSolitaire.app
or in WinSCP select files in iSolitaire folder.. properties and in permisions, octal write: 0755

What do I set to 0755? Can I set the whole folder or is it just certain files?

As a Solitaire addict, I applaud this effort. Beautiful and easy to use interface.

This is still a bit buggy, though. I was able to drag and park sets of cards I shouldnt have been able to. And also, in one scenerio, I was able to put cards into the completed stacks out of order. I've also seen some questionable cards showing up in the draw stack order.

Great effort though! I will watch this one closely.

PS: I'd love to see cumulative scoring - Vegas $$$ or just points.

I use either AFP or cyberduck to connect to my phone from a ppc mac. How can i edit security settings like you are describing? Thanks for your time.

Click the file in OS X, and hit Apple+I. Then change permissions.
