not that I am aware of. It usually sorts itself out. Just give it time. In the meantime, look out the window. That's pretty accurate telling you what the current conditions are!

There's an actual update in Cydia for Intelliscreen 2.52. I'm assuming no one has updated it yet since no one has posted...I'll be the guinea pig.

*EDIT*

So what the update essentially did was install the RockYourPhone app onto your device w/o having to do it via PC. That kinda sucks as I was hoping it would be an IS update only, not install an additional app. On top of that, I have to create my own username/pw in order to use IS now. If I'm not logged in, it deactivates my IS. Super-tarded.

I got a verification email from them and here's what it said "If you have any questions about your account or any other matter, please feel free to contact us at dummyemail@magentocommerce.com or by phone at (555) 555-0123." I know they're placers or whatever but still...you seriously emailing people that?

What?!!??
Are they insane?

If they keep behaving this way, I'll abandon IntelliScreen faster than soon!
I've already started the search.

Way to f*** your customers. I'm glad I noticed that Intelliscreen showed up at the same time as Rock in my cydia update. I had a feeling that this a$$hole had decided to make Rock a dependency for the update and would cause it to auto-install.

What a serious jerk, really tricking people into installing crap that not only did they not ask for, but that many were VOCAL that they flat DID NOT WANT TO INSTALL.

This is probably the only weakness with Cydia, IMO, the automatic installs of dependencies.

It's such a shame, this app really was a 'killer app' for the iPhone IMO. To bad the dev is such an emotional moron and let a little pissing match with Saurik dictate his business decisions (or so it seems).

The new version does not have the performance settings.

Saurik mentioned linking the .dylib of an app such as Intelliscreen into the DynamicLibraries folder. He said it was fairly easy. Does anyone know how to do this or point me in the right direction?

Yeah it sucks...unfortunately I am going to keep updating until 3.0 comes out, then it's bye bye IS.

Funny how after this whole Rock Your Phone BS came out, the devs don't come on to this forum and respond anymore huh???

Pansy asses.
