MyStacks (MyStackCtrl)
Use at your own risk, seems fine to me but I don't want any crying

Updated: 03-Nov-2007, now using MobileStacks code r79
Here's the HOW TO CUSTOMIZE link
Here's the DOWNLOAD link (updated to MyStackCtrl_v2.1) (updated link to list most current version)

Have fun!
PS Don't ask when it will be on my Installer source.... never This is an interim hack until the developer releases the updated version to allow for customization and did I mention I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR THIS APP!!!!! I'm just a lowly hacker that knows enough to be dangerous!

Thanks for asking, as I said this is not my app, but now that I've hacked it I certainly don't expect the developer to support my hacked version.
Edit: strike that, leave the developer out of this, he's got enough to do...
Let's give it some time, once we get a few other users running it and using it without any problems, then we can add it an Installer source.
Of course you could just add it but I hope you take my advice.

Does this work with 1.0.2? I doubt it, but it would be nice. Also Swell, it would be nice to add it to your source and make it easy to customize which icons you want.

God I feel ashamed to ask this but, how do I replace the icons with the aps I placed in?
I know I've done this before I'm having a massive brainfreeze right now.
Thanks, I'm gonna go hide in a corner now.
Great tweak by the way.
Much better then the current MobileStacks.
*EDIT*
Never mind...I bloody remembered 2 mins after I posted.
I gotta start sleeping FFS
On a side not, is it achievable to extend the stack to a full screen grid (ala leopard) rather then just the pop up column?
I'm not sure if it can be coded, but if so, it would be a great way to keep the minimalist design of the homescreen by using the stack as a launcher while hiding the icons from springboard.Last edited by Emir S.; 11-02-2007 at 11:27 PM.

that last post is so very true towards the end. If we could configure it for grid view a la leopard, i would love the minimalist look of the home screen

Cyber, maybe you should take matters into your own hands as you seem to be doing a better job with this app then the creator :P
He still seems to trying to figure out the symlink thing and how to include it, according to the Wiki

Ruined my phone, couldn't reboot.
I'm restoring things now, and we'll have to see what happens!
Not downloading this again
