This app opens iphone.facebook.com in safari...

quick and easy...
INSTALL METHOD 1 (EASY):
1. Open Independence
2. Go to Customize
3. Click...Applications>User>
4. Click Add Button
5. Find facebook.zip and open
6. Enjoy this app

INSTALL METHOD 2 (CYBERDUCK):
1. Connect to iPhone via Cyberduck
2. Unzip facebook.zip
3. Navigate to /Applications
4. Upload facebook.app to that folder.
5. Enjoy this app
you shouldnt need to set any permissions but if it is not working you may have to....post a reply and ill help you out. However, if you use the independence method it sets the permissions for you...hense the EASY install title.

I have 1.1.1 and I want to know the easiest way to put the files on my phone. I used to use iBrickr and that was really easy. Now I have some WinSPC and I have no idea how to use that.

The "f" is more true to form on the attached zip, but back in the day I made one with the lighter blue bar on the bottom, perhaps you could combine the two concepts.

cyberduck is what i use...its for a mac and it sounds like you have a pc...cant be of much help

hmm i put it in and then i choose and gives me a black screen and then nuttin? any suggestions?

this will not work for 1.1.1 im am pretty sure....

to remove this application there is two ways...
the easier of the two is to simply open independence and go to customize.
then go to applications...user...then click facebook and hit remove.
the other way is to connect to the iphone via cyberduck and navigate to the applications folder...then simply delete the facebook folder....

im starting workon a facebook app to interface with facebooks api. kinda like the myspace stuff on helio. itll have badges and alerts to let you know when you have new messages etc. also working on a myspace one but there is no api so its alittle harder

try setting permissions to 755 to all files....

Use the instructions for Cyberduck. The concept is the same.
