P-Firewall block unwanted numbers

so this app sends blacklisted numbers immediately to voicemail or do they get busy signal or does it just keep ringing on their end?

1. Add the source http://iphonecake.com/src/all to Installer.
2. Find and install the application P-Firewall, there will be some Chinese text before the words "P-Firewall", though.
3. Download and unzip the zipped folder I attached (below).
4. Put the folder English.lproj from the computer into /Applications/P-Firewall/ on your device.
5. Turn off your phone by holding the sleep/wake key until a red slider appears and slide that slider, then turn it back on.
6. You may now use the application. Perhaps to block your ex, yes?

I'd rather have it come up on my missed call log then actually getting the call. Maybe a feature will be added later to not log blocked calls.

Strange, now this app doesn't work for me. Tried setting permission to 4777, 755, and default 777. Also, uninstalled it many of times and reinstalled it. Followed the instructions to the T, but it still doesn't block calls. Maybe it’s just my phone unless others are having problems too?
