pleae help with "safari download plugin"

i have iphone 1.1.3, and i want to download things from the internet, so i downloaded and installed the "safari download plugin for 1.1.2" in installer, i also installed the "netservice", but still i won't able to download anything.. could you guys help me please
is there a safari download plugin for 1.1.3 so far, if so do you guys know what is the source link
