does the Categories rubberbanding option work for anyone, it doesnt for me and never has, do i need to do something to get it to work?

Left-Right Scrolling has to be turned off. If that doesn't help then I don't have an answer for you.

i'm having this problem as well. and yes i understand that it doesn't work with left-right scrolling. so does this work for everyone else with vertical scrolling inside a category? its never worked for me. i'm on 1.1.4 iphone
