Hi, is there an application to show the large battery level icons, but when the iphone is not pluged in?

yeah look for MyBattery in Cydia

if you are looking for a more accurate battery level for your phone, you may want to try SBSettings or BossPrefs... both of these apps will let you change the battery icon on the taskbar to a numeric percent.

Bossprefs is nice but SBSettings replaced it, both are developed by BigBoss and are spectacular applications.
