How To Create Repository / Plist?
I want to create my own repository so I can host my own source on my server But I dont know how to create the XML / Plist ?
I have taken a look at some of the repo's xml's and they seem straight forward but would like to know how to create one?
Is there a certain software / editer that I would need to use?
Im using Windows, But can use Mac if need be but would prefer a windows app.
Or is there a PHP script to create them?
Thanks for your time.

i'm not sure how to make your own repo for your own stuff but this site called iappcat.com will let you create a repo using their site/server and host stuff from other repo's. You can add like TTR and your fave summerboard themes, some ebook's you like and than just add the given source to your installer list. I'm not sure how you'd be able to get your own stuff up on it though but this might be close to what you are looking for or at least worth a look
Please don't stop the music

Thats what I did....
The problem I ran into is that every time I tried to download a package from my repo it would say "Package Download failed: cant find host...."
I still cant figure out why !!!
... point proven

Yup, I used Converter.app to make sure I had the right file size (right clicked to get size in bytes the converted to bits.)
I tried both file size and size on disk and it did not make a difference, it failed either way for some reason.
You can view my repo at hotiphonewallpapers.com/installer.xml

Yeah..... That guide is pretty much useless as it is irrelevant to creating your own online repository, has no information for creating install scripts, and seems to be generally outdated.
