VNsea Major Help Please?

Well. I was just wondering If Im doing the right thing. Basically I want to be able to connect to my computer while being on a different IP adress. I made a homeip.net hostname, and i downloaded VNsea and UltraVNC, but I dont understand how to "Forward the IP adress" I looked at the guide on portforward.com, but its just that I cant log into the network connection thing from internet explorer. I type in my ip adress, but nothing happens. What should i do? I tried the default ip for logging in (192.168.1.1), but i dont know the Username and Password, and they arent blank and admin. Can anyone people guide me on what i should do? THANX

PS: if i use my hostname, would i be able to connect to my computer without being on WIfi or Edge?
