I'm trying to change the name of an app as it appears in a list like this (shown in 'UDIDFaker' for example of the categorizing I'm talking about)

I'm wondering if it is possible because I'm only able to scroll up to iAdOptOut in most cases; the problem doesn't lie with the apps looking at this though, moreso iOS6 I'm thinking because you can still change values for anything prior to iAdOptOut.

Does anyone know if it is something that can be changed via Plist? I've tried changing the application name (xxxx.app) but the app becomes hidden on the springboard.
