are there any special apps to get them from my pc to the the jail broke iphone?, itried iphone browser and it wont run on my pc

Use calibre to convert the books to ePub and sync through iTunes to iBooks. Otherwise, get a different ebook reader app and follow the app instructions of syncing your books.
