Toggle Wifi when charging?

Is there any current app or Method to toggle WiFi when I connect my iPhone to a power source? I normally keep WiFi tuned off to save battery, but with iCloud Backups, I would like Wifi to turn on when I plug in to charge overnight and turn off when I unplug in the morning. It looks like iControl from the cydia Store had this ability, but it appears to be stale and unsupported on iOS 5. any suggestions?

Icontrol works perfect for me on iOS 5, there is a tweak that's just hit cydia called "Thor". That may have the option

Hmmm. When I tried to install iControl I got an incompatible error in Cydia and it wont let me purchase.
