Lost apps

I lost all my apps but it's still in ifile and it still eats up my memory. Can someone help me recover those apps. I true reseting the whole thing but my iPhone won't reset.

Explain more. What was that last thing you did when this happened? Did you install or remove something?

I just installed an app from installaous. I even got to play the app. It just suddenly went on a safe mode. When I reboot everything was gone.

That's why. Download them from the App Store and uninstall installaous.

^ Lol. We can't assist you with piracy here as there is a zero tolerance policy on it. Get rid of Installeous and delete the app you got from it. That app probably has a corrupted file in it. That's exactly why you don't want to use it. After removing it, respring your device. A tip for you: Never use Installeous.
