Catastrophic accident

Hello everyone. I am running on an iPhone 3GS (firmware 4.3.3) and I recently jailbroke it using redsn0w. My goal is to start developing applications for the iPhone. Unfortunately, I had an accident with my Makefile, leading to my deleting all the applications in the Applications folder. I can still ssh/sftp on my iPhone (apparently OpenSSH is still running even though it was deleted oO) so I would like to avoid restoring my iPhone. I tried syncing my applications from iTunes but the default ones where not added :/ If anyone could please make an archive with the default applications + cydia (unless I can download them somewhere from my pc?) I would be very grateful.

PS: Sorry about the forum, I wasnt sure where to post this :/

I managed to extract the default applications from my firmware's version ipsw Now all I need is cydia... Do you know where I can find it available to download on my pc? Thanks a lot
