Any fix to SBRotator messing up folders & icon order?

So I have 250+ apps all nicely organized specifically into two pages of folders. I installed SBRotator and it screwed them all up. Somehow it partially ordered them & put some of them in an order that I had damn near a year ago - the folder names were names I had almost a year ago. The majority, though, is just scattered out of folders creating 7 pages of app icons (every app that was put on my phone after that period of time when I had my folder names so and so, whenever that was, but like I said near a year ago). So yeah, any way to fix this without having to reorder everything again?

This happened to me as well in Itunes - not on my phone. So now my phone and Itunes look different. Did you find a fix yet?
