    Default Main script execution failed

    I always get it when I try to uninstall an app (Main script execution failed ). When an app installs n' I click it says something couldnt be found. Can someone help me or they know a app in installer to fix the problem.
    Iam running 1.1.3JB on an 16gig iPod Touch.

    k, upgrade to 1.1.4, jailbreak with ziphone. Open it, click on the ipod touch jailbreak button, it does it automatically for you in 40 seconds.
