Default MyWi GUI over haul and MyWi on demand?
MyWi jus got some updates and something new called MyWi on demand check it out

    MyWi on demand:

Create an iPad® to iPhone® connection On Demand! Having to turn on and off a hotspot gets old quickly when you're doing it all the time, as when you share your iPhone's 3G connection with a WiFi-Only iPad. Instead, MyWi OnDemand connects when you need it, and disconnects when you don't. When you leave your WiFi connection at home and you're using the iPad, the iPad will connect automatically. When you turn your iPad screen off, or go back where you have WiFi, MyWi OnDemand will disconnect. After a simple pairing, everything works automatically! Will work with 3G/3GS/4 iPhones/iPod Touches (3.1.2+) and iPad (3.2+). Requires purchase of MyWi 4.0.

On Demand connection for an iPod Touch, iPad or iDevice that needs a internet connection
Set and Forget! Hotspot is always on while not using any more power than just leaving on low-power bluetooth
Hotspot controls who is able to connect and may "kick" any devices at will.
Uses much less battery then wifi tethering and uses native routing to minimize battery
3-Day Free Trial via Jailbreak your iPhone and install via Cydia!

Let me see if I get this right... the new On Demand feature would require me to purchase a second $25 copy of MyWi for my iPad Wifi even though my iPhone with MyWi is doing the heavy lifting?

Or is there a stand-alone OnDemand module for the iPad?

Another battery killer? Will you have to leave your wifi activated or will it turn it on/off for you on the iPad?

MyWi on demand works really well and hardly uses anymore battery. About the same amount as a bluetooth headset. As for a second purchase of 25$ that is incorrect. You purchase it all on one device and you can put it on another device for free.

3gs 3.1.2 MyWi v3 perfectly good working Bluetooth tether, Wifi Hotspot, Love this app. I update to MyWi v4.51.1, paid the $9.99. I might as well have set a $10 bill on fire. I can't tether anymore, not bluetooth, no wifi, not even USB. What kind of update is this? How do I get my money and v3 back? This is unbelievable. I can't believe I did this to myself and actually paid money to do it. I had a perfectly good working setup.
