Sim/Contact Manager?

Hey all kinda new to the iphone scene, I copied my contacts from my sim to the phone...but they don't appear the way i want them to...

So what I would like to do is copy them to my computer,edit them to my liking and then copy them back to the phone and Sim card.
I figure it'll be WAY faster if I can use my pc and keyboard...

Is there an app and/or free program that anyone would recommend that they use?

You could use one of the sync options in iTunes (I use Google Contacts sync personally), sync a few times to make sure all the contacts get synced over, then go into Gmail and click Contacts to edit to your liking. When done, sync the iPhone again.

thanks....tried the google sync and like it..really easy..
used the instructions on the google page to set it up through the microsoft exchange option in add accounts(mail settings) and poof all my contacts appear on my phone like magic! lol

I use Microsoft Outlook.
