    Is there an app to block a specific incoming phone #?
    iblacklist seems to be perfect but it's for jailbroken phones only

    This can only be done with a Jailbreak.
    For you to be warned: view my post at I strongly recommend you NOT to buy iBlacklist !

    MCleaner may be an alternative.
    Maybe you can also get your provider to disallow a specific phone #
