    Default sick of TTR!?

I can't take this anymore. I just can't get this silly game to work. I'm on a 2008 week 5, 1.1.3 iPhone. I've tried the TTR 1.1.3 fix, I tried to go installing it through iBrowser, I tried the root and/or mobile folder, plus I've tried setting the permisstions to 0755 and 0777 and still nothing will work... Is there just something I'm missing to do, or is it just my phone?

    Thanks,
    -meberra

    Try this:

    chmod -R 0755 /Applications/TTR.app
    chmod +s /Applications/TTR.app/ttr

Respring or restart the phone, it should work. I've had it working under 1.1.3 and 1.1.4, though the Guitar Hero III fix for 1.1.3+ has poofed so I can't reapply that...

After I finish playing a song and press exit, it gives me a message "downloading, please wait." and then never does anything. Is there a fix for this.

Hrm, maybe uninstall TTR, respring, reinstall and try the previous commands again? I did it yesterday with 1.1.4 and everything went fine.

i don't think it'll work, as terminal is owned by "root", and therefore you, as "mobile", cannot use it to edit permissions.

hey everyone here is some help from me i have it working without that stupid fix from installer(which doesnt work)

i got this working in like 2 secs last night. you go to Var/root/
right click on the Media folder.
    change permissions to 777.
go to Var/root/Media/ right click on TTR,
change permission to 777 and apply permissions recursively.

if you want the Guitar Hero 3 mod to work (which it doesn't by default)
install the guitar hero 3 mod,
go to Applications/TTR/ and change all of the .png files in that folder to permission to 644
i know its all 3 READ's activated, and the WRITE activated for "Owner"

if i helped u in any way hit the thanks button
    really appreciate it =D
